Dr. Lance Knight
Since qualifying in 2001 Dr. Lance Knight has established a powerful reputation within the dental community and has built a prestigious practice in Manchester boasting an array of happy patients.
Lance qualified with honours and distinction in his final exam and during his time at university he was awarded the prestigious John Forrester award for his work in sports dentistry. Since qualifying Lance has based himself in the heart of the Manchester city centre but has a client base that stretches internationally. He has also recently branched out with the innovative idea of instore dental, which provides affordable dental care within Sainsbury's stores.
Lance focuses his work in cosmetic dentistry and sports dentistry as he has an enormous passion for these areas but he also provides general dentistry with just as much enthusiasm. Apart from caring for the teeth of the general public he looks after many celebrities including singers, footballers, actors and glamour models.
The dedication Lance has towards his dentistry has lead him to pursue further qualifications; he already holds numerous qualifications from cosmetic dentistry courses, including a post graduate diploma in cosmetic restorative dentistry. He is currently completing a masters degree in restorative dentistry

Dr Rahim Kanji
Rahim is a new addition to the team at Ultimate Smile Spa. Since qualifying at Manchester University in 2006 he has concentrated in honing his skills in the fields of cosmetic dentistry and dental implantology. His drive and passion for these fields have led him to pursue further experience and qualifications. He is a member of the faculty of dental surgeons and is currently completing his masters degree in dental implantology. Rahim has also had tuition from world renowned speakers such as Dr John Kanka, and completed a one year certificate in cosmetic dentistry led by the president of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentitry, Dr Chris Orr.

Dr Johnathan Posner
Johnathan qualified in 1973 from Manchester University and alongside practising dentistry in Manchester, he was for several years a part time member of the oral surgery team at Leighton hospital in Crewe.
As a Consultant to the German dental manufactures Kulzer, Jonathan was responsible for a lot of the early ground breaking work in splinting teeth using composite filling materials. He was dental officer for Marks & Spencer in Manchester.
Jonathan has a large medico legal side to his dentistry and now specialises in combining the cosmetic side of dentistry with facial rejuvanation to give an enhanced over all facial improvement...he feels that the facial aesthetics and the dental aesthetics go hand in hand, and often combines the use of crowns, veneers, and tooth bleaching with the use of Botox and dermal fillers to give a full facial improvement.
Kirsty Beresford – Practice Manager
Kirsty is the practice manager at ultimate smile spa. After spending 5 years as a dental nurse she progressed to patient co-coordinator, liaising with the patient on appointments, offering advice and any answering any questions a patient may have with regards to their treatment. With her vast clinical knowledge Kirsty oversees clinical training of our nurses and has remained a registered nurse with the general dental council. She regularly attends courses which keep her up to date on any advancement within the dental industry.
Kirsty is a valued member of the team whose attributes have contributed significantly towards the development of the level of service we provide. She has a broad knowledge of both clinical and administration protocols and is available to speak to you should you have any questions about your treatment or your experience at the practice.
